It has been a great pleasure and honour to be invited as a key speaker on the European Security and Defence College Advanced Course for Political Advisors.
Exceptional Diplomats, Military CIMIC specialists and Political Advisors of the major EU external policy institutions came together in the Landesverteidigungsakademie under the auspices of the Austrian Armed Forces, and we all discussed the emerging issues of the Security Sector Reform, with a special focus on Armed Forces training Military and Civilian institutions abroad.
Constitutional Law, European Human Rights Law and International Treaty Law were put under the scope of the working groups and the results were fruitful for all.
